Harassing calls

I get calls continuously throughout the day. I have no idea what it is for. The number they call on is my pre-paid cell that i rarely have enough money on to even answer calls. The best I can come up with is that it is from Walmart. I do owe walmart money. I think it is about 300 dollars. However, I have already talked to walmart and sent them money letting them know i do not have any money coming in until January and will pay in full at that time. Yet, I still get these calls and no one is ever on the line. I have tried calling back to tell them to quit calling but only get a recording. I am on the do not call list but i dont know if that makes a difference. Any help is appreciated.
