He's a CAR SCAMMER. My partner and that I contact him the SCAMMAN. He's an extremely poor individual, he's bad in most since of the term. He repaid the cash he owed us, but just since he didn't wish to visit courtroom, not since it was the best move to make. He gambles about the proven fact that people won't document a complaint against him.
