Trying to steal my home and force me and 11 year old son out in cold

I have read alot of your stories and am right there with you all. Someone needs to stop these thiefs. My morgage was sold to Ocwen without any knowledge to me. I got behind earlier this year and took out a loan to catch up payment. They took the entire amount, which still left me behind.

They only applied one payment, took the rest and put toward principal or interest, not sure which. Finally caught all up and got behind again due to paycut.

Was only one payment behind, when i tried to call late payment and current payment in, they refused payment told me i had to call someone at coorprate office, which I did. Was told at that time if I could come up with a certain amount of money by Oct. 6th everything would be fine.

Called back a few days before payment was to be submitted and was told the price had doubled and that the day after this agreement was made they placed my house in foreclosure. I am now 6 months behind, have been served absolutley no legal paperwork on this and now find out my house is going up for auction.

No dates given, no paperwork and no where to turn for help. I dont have the funds available that they now want and no way to get them. No one will help me and as far as refinancing I am considered posion. I cant sleep, cant eat and am afraid to come home, cuz I dont even know if i will have a home when i get here.

Someone has to do something for all of ocwens poor victims.
