Horrible service

(Pacific Finance Group LLC) http://www.pacificfinancenw.com support is terrible. They publish my mortgage to get a bank, but did not provide me-any info, even if I named, they just stated that they're focusing on it. After over 2 weeks, I ask why it's consider such a long time, that stated that, they publish the another bank several week before. They did not actually advise me, and also the price drop since I have secured. I believe when they publish the mortgage again the must I would like to understand and provide me a present price.
