Homesafe America, Inc Fraud, Lying, False Advertising to start of with

I was swindeled by Homesafe America. I was trying to get a Loan Modification on my home and used them because I stupidly believed their "100% Guarantee or Money Back" promise that is to this day posted on their website.

Not only did they do Nothing on my Loan Modification; they never had answers for me when I could reach them on the phone. They demanded $1700.00 up front which I paid in March. It is now December and not only did I lose my home they won't give me my money back. They did admit they couldn't work with my bank after 6 months of waiting for an answer. I still have not received my full refund which I am entitled to. Their guarantee says if through no fault of your own they aren't successful in your loan modification you get a FULL refund. These people take advantage of people in bad situations and have no regard for the law or moral decency. How do people like this sleep at night?

I have reported these people to the Better Business Bureau, Consumer Protection Agency, and the Federal Trade Commission. Why they are allowed to continue scamming others is crazy. I hope they are brought to justice for screwing over so many people.
