Unauthorized fees, poor customer service

I have applied the corporation for around four decades with no issues until per month before. We're a periodic company (market at artwork exhibits) and aremainly shut for company 7 weeks from the year. Pipe Information (P.D.) permitted us to deactivate our consideration during our shutdown so we'd not need to pay for costs for claims, etc. This notice could be delivered by fax which we've but no body from P.D. Will recognize our fax. We do have proof the fax linked once we deliver our faxes through The advantages shop and also the supply evidence.

Today we received a notice stating we're likely to billed some PCI submission charge of $185.00.

After I contact all of them I get may be the run-around so when I let them know my vendor I.D.# they declare it'snot even yet in their program

They did say easily did not spend their costs, it'll "be documented to selections".
