I filed Bankruptsy almost 2 years ago and have since been trying to fix my credit. I never filed on my home and at that time Option One was sending me coupons so after the Bankruptsy they would send my payments back to me. I called my Attorney and told him that they think i'm filing on the house. He called them and they said that theres no problem with Mr. Marlow his payments are right on time every month. I thought that was all cleared up until i looked at my credit reportS. Option one has me down as filing bankruptsy on my home, see i have been trying to refinance and no one will do it because it shows its in bankruptsy. I have tried everything, they even said they would send me a printout of my payments but They never did. They will not send me the payments back like they wanted to do in the beginning. They have me trapped so i can't go to another lender. I am at 9% and every month i'm with them its costing me money, I could be saving hundreds of dollars each month. I really am convinced that they want me to refinance with them because they are part of H&R Block who does the refinancing. They don't want me to go elsewhere and they are trying real hard to do just that.
