Ripoff, Took Money With Out Permission, Mis-led

Was contacted by a person and they told me that I was approved for a credit card and that it cost me nothing and I would be recieving information on they card. There was NO FEE and that I would be getting my card in the mail soon. Well as you can tell I have not seen the credit card and somehow had $149.00 taken out of my account on Dec. 1st. 2003 I have been trying to reach them since and they have not returned any of my calls.

I hope someone can help me in this matter.
