False and Misleading Services

I had lost my job a few years ago and was unable to pay all my credit card bills. I responded to Solve Debt's radio ad to see how they could help me repaying my debts. I was told by their representative, Kevin Lewis that they would negotiate with my creditors on my behalf. I was told that the cost to me would be the first three monthly payments of $362.35 each for a total cost of $1,087.05. I was told that the other subsequent payments would be deposited in a trust account to pay my creditors. After roughly 15 months into the program, I found out from one of their representatives that in addition to the 3 monthly payments of $362.35, I was charged an additional $181.72 per month for an additional 14 months. I became very upset and thought I was deceived into using their services. I immedatiely requested that my money be returned and all relation with them be terminated. During the 15 months while they withdraw my funds, they did no representation on my behalf. I had to communicate to my creditors myself and also represented myself in court. The only services they provided were limited admistrative services. When I demaded my money back, I only received $2,200 back out of a total $5,435.25 deposited. I even agreed to relinquished the three monthly payments even though their was no services rendered but they continue to withold the full $3,235.25. I made numerous attempts to get my money back but Solve Debts states that I will not get this money back. I would like to expose this company for their deceptive practises so that the public will not be misled by them again.
