I am a victim myself of Prime One, my story is similar to the others posted. I was able to stop payment, at least up to this point. My C.U. Did notify me that this company could resubmit the request for payment under a different name, dollar amount and at any time.
I am interested in doing something legally about this fraudulant group. I want to put them out of the scam business and see to it that those that did fall victim and were caused damages financially, get reimbursed.
I am not an attorney or very fluent with the law. But I do have time and resources and an incredible desire to put a stop to this scam!
