Chase Platinum Mastercard
Claimed to recieve late payment to justify interest rates of 24 %

I received notification of a late payment on my account at the same time my account was due to have the interest rate lowered. This is fraud in every way because they say they got the payment late. How can I control when they got the payment! I mailed it on time! They claim to have NO grace period either. Do not do business with Chase!!!
