I recieved a phone call from an unknown number from a Mr. John Gates from American law divison stated that i owed a payday loan but he would not tell me who the payday loan company was. Told me that if i didn't pay 1196.00 that day that he would have me arrested in an half hour and that i would spend a long time in jail. Also would have to pay 7000.00 dollars for fees. I get 2 or 3 calls a day. I ask for him to send me a copy of the loan information and he said he couldn't. He had me in tears. I did finally give them 150.00 payment I THOUGHT THAT WOULD GET THEM TO LEAVE ME ALONG BUT IT DIDN'T. I don't know what to do HELP PLEASE.
