No Withdrawal Option at ATM and No Way to Reach a Person

I just received my first direct deposit from netspend I attempted do make a cash withdrawal from my account via ATM (I have direct deposit) I wasn't given a withdrawal option just an option to check my balance inquiry. I thought it may just be the bank so I tried 2 other banks and the same thing. I tried to get netspend on the phone and all I got was press 1 for this 2 for that NEVER DID IT GIVE ME AN OPTION TO SPEAK TO A PERSON. As soon as my money is off this account I'm done with this company. F*king a*holes
