Billed $226.36 I did not do

I was billed $226.36 on Sept 15. I did not place the order, it is not in my order history, and I want to know how this happened. I never got a reciept or anything, so no invoice.

I have to file another complaint today also, because I ordered ONE book by Neil Nedley and recieved 3. THAT is in my order history and I did not order 2.
