No consumer respect

It had been impossible to talk to an individual at ibm bank business-process providers, inc. I named some times and waited for all moments, attempted different choices but never got an associate to speak with. Why does the corporation do this? How do i tell my friends to use their service when they ignore me like this? This isn't an expert behavior. While businesses handle customers how ibm bank does it suggests that they don't respect the customer as well as in it'll be difficult to to allow them to take business for considerably longer until they change the perspective.
