They secured my web on line checking account for an unidentified cause plus they haven't reinstated it. I've named them for around 6 months and every time they (customer support) state my demand is likely to be submitted to that particular division which my service is likely to be again on in 4-7 or 2-4 or 7-14 days. It's still not accessable.

Customer Support personell can be quite rude and occasionally talk quite tough Language. The area they're in is extremely noisy which occasionally causes it to be difficult to listen to the individual you're talking with. They WOn't link one to a boss or another division declaring they do not have that capacity.

Our account statement interval ends about the 14th or 15th of the month and that I do not get the people shipped edition until following the 1st to begin the month... More than 15 times following the declaration period ends.

They've turn off their email as well as their fax help. TODAY if you want assistance assist your only choice would be to deliver them a notice via US Email. I believe they shut these as a result of high amount of grievances.

Unfortunately I've been banking together for over 14 years, this is actually the next organization that's possessed the financial institution and undoubtedly the worst.
