False statements and failure to return fees when services not rendered

Attempting to refinance with Proficio, I paid an appraisal fee. They sent an appraisor who was not certified to do million dollarr properties (despite knowing my financials and the home value at purchase 1 yr previously.) Rescheduled only to have the next appraisor not show up. Rescheduled again only to have bank reject appraisor's value making me unable to qualify based on loan to value. Company refuses to return calls, emails or fees. Proficio Mortgage will not be around long if these type of practices continue.
