OneWest Services REO Foreclosure Addendum HANGS Buyers OUT TO DRY!

There are some shady practices out there for Home REO and shortsales. Some are outright illegal and fraudulent, but the really, really, insidious "scams" are those being perpetrated legally on unsuspecting home buyers.
GOD HELP anyone who falls victim to purchasing one of OneWest's foreclosures. Before you sign anything, get a real estate lawyer and ask him to explain what financial risks you are assuming by entering into a contract or REO addendum with this bunch of "crooks."
