Told me that they couldnt refund my money if they didnt recieve it yet it was takken out of my bank account

I called this company to get my money back because they took 149 out of it. They told me they couldnt refund it if they dont recieve it yet it was taken out of my bank account... What kind of crap is that. I want my money back especially since i didnt sign up for this... I was tricked
