Ripoff sent no card!

I received this certificate in the mail, saying that if I sent $45 or $49 for rush delivery I would receive a credit card with a limit of up to $5,000 dollars. I saw that as great timing. I was preparing to move home to Washington state to take care of my sick mom, and so she could see my daughter a bit more.

After a few weeks of no card, and me on the verge of being kicked out of my apt. I researched online about the company and I found out that they had already done the same thing to other people. I then found my self in a position of losing my apt., and I already had quit my job, because the card was going to be used for the home to Washington state. After finding out about what the company had done to other people I chose to file.
