RIPOFF DISHONEST LATE CHARGES AND PAYMENTS NOT REPORTED, another of the thousand of victims worldwide of this "legally" brutal and tortuous bank

I am another of the thousand of victims worldwide of this "legally" brutal and tortuous bank. I said brutal because it is not very merciful and careful about the situation of hundreds of families who are very anguish and extremely defenseless with this kind of behavior.

I was forced to file bankruptcy because it was the only way I could stop the foreclosure of my home. I was very ill back in 1990's, and I was behind two months; but I resume my payments and I have since paid on time.

Now, almost ten years later, and with no explanation than those very well known letters of "terror", Ocwen manifested its intention to call the total balance of the loan or face the foreclosure. I was stoned, because I did not realize that the huge amount of money I paid, was not "received" by Ocwen INTENTIONALLY perhaps. They made a very incomplete accountability of the money I had sent, but among it there was not some I had sent.

I am tired of written notes, phone calls made to Ocwen with absolutely no explanation or answer. I lost an opportunity to refinance and get ride of Ocwen, because OCWEN DID NOT SENT THE PAYOFF TO MY NEW BANK!
I think Ocwen and some dark purpose of its people are engaged in some unfair and even illegal dealings since they are almost defrauding thousand of people. It is time to stop them PLEASE!!
