Deceptive Practices. - Care Credit

Business & Finance

I had a procedure in November and received my bill early in December. I went online and read up about their auto pay, which told me I needed to pay at least the minimum amount outstanding (monthly payment) before setting up autopay. I paid $150 on the 8th of December, the due date was the 15th. I set up autopay on the 17th, and they took out an additional $150 on the 18th and applied it to THIS MONTH, even though the due date had already passed. Suddenly I paid $300 for one month and still owe the $150 for next month. WTF? They REFUSED to apply it to my next months payment, and I just lost my job... So am I supposed to sit on the street corner and sell my goods to get an extra $150 out of thin air? Merry #$@%ing Christmas, thanks for ruining mine.
