This company, its broker, and loan servicers are corrupt, unethical, and immoral.in essence, they scam you into thinking that you can save money and lower your payments by selling you a higher than market rate interest loan (oversell you despite your qualifications for a lesser rate), and use you to cash in on a huge rebate payment from the lender (tens of thousands of dollars in the form of a YSP), and claim that they will serially refinance you into a better loan over time. They self-refer you to their proprietary escrow service, that adds on thousands of dollars in junk fees in a so called no cost loan, and leave you with the debt service indefinitely. They fail to disclose that certain kinds of loan refinancing will not be possible under loan to value restrictions.in my opinion, they violate truth in lending practices. They deceptively leave you holding the bag on higher, unsustainable mortgage payments and fail to follow through on their promises. They dupe you into thinking that they are trustworthy by targeting Christian radio stations for advertisements. There was no benefit to me by refinancing my original loan, and I ended up paying more than when I first started. Contrary to their tag line, They will let you down!
