Ripoff! This company is a fraud, stole my money saying they would send me a 5000 credit card if I paid $45

This fake company sent me a letter stating that i have been prequalified for their 5000.00 credit card. All I had to do was send in a 45.00 security deposit. They never sent me their card, their website does not work, and no one picks up at their customer service number, it is just a recording. They are frauds
