I just got a letter with my wife's maiden name on it. Like all of you I called the toll-free number to find out what this was all about. I asked for proof of debt and he laughed at me saying, "No company is going to give you evidence to support your case against them."

Right away I knew something was very wrong. Somehow, this person got ahold of a very old TRW report and knew way too much about my wife. Then, they disclosed recent information about her banking and loans. They offered to excuse the debt of $513 for a payment today of $306.63.

I looked into it and found out that the debt in question had been paid in full. The company that supposedly reported the debt was GE Capital. My wife has active accounts with GE Capital and is in good standings with them. This claim of a debt is a FRAUD. Now these phuqers have our phone number and they will pay with their arse if they harass me as they have to so many of you good people. I will NOT stand for it and I will fight back!!!
