Continuous Harassment

NCO has called my residence at least 20 times in the past 6 months or so. Despite my wife or I telling them that we are not nor do we know the individual they are seeking (a certain Ross Bl*n who obviously gave them our phone number), they continue to call, and even pretended to call "Ross", indicating that they think we are lying.

We spoke to "supervisors" on three separate occasions, and are each time treated with mistrust as if we were liars. I consider this the ultimate insult, and wonder if I can take any legal action against this outfit...
