Applied to Express Business Capital/Bill Holiday for an unsecured loan. After sending all requested documents and tax returns etc. They supply a business loan application and charge a $1500. Fee. Upon receipt of the application fee, Bill sens an "approval letter" and then you never receive your funding pkg or hear from them again! They don't answer or return calls. Stay clear of this "little old man" and is scamming ways! This guy should be locked up.
