Harassing phone calls, threats, rude, unknown debt, no messages

This company is the most annoying debt collection agency I have ever dealt with. I wouldn't be complaining if the debt was actually mine! They call all hours of the day, even as late as 12:00 am! They will not answer my questions when I ask them; whom the debt is for? How did they get this number for that person? What do they expect me to do?
They, basically, treat the person that answers the phone as if they are the one whom owes them. I have told them several times I do not know who they are talking about. I have written the comapny. I have filed complaints. I even changed numbers and they found my name again!
I have never co-signed for anyones credit card and since they refuse to provide me with any information, I can only assume that it is a relative of mine that carries this debt. I don't answer the phone anymore as my caller idea with voice has become my screening device. I own a small business so it makes for a difficult day to have to hear the whining of their name each time they call!
When I looked them up online, it disturbed me to see their slogan: "We are giving debt collection a good name." Seriously? They are like stalkers and they are very annoying!
