Letter Stuffing Scheme

On 11/17/03 I recieved a letter from the agency running it's scam.included in the letter was:

1 Letter (Double sided dual page printout)
1 Envelope (To mail back funds) not prepaid.

The original letter it came in was a standard business letter with a window. My name and address were printed on by something that looks like an automated speed printing service.

I am a 23 year old full time worker @ a steel factory who is continuing his education. It's not likely I would recieve mail like this (In fact this is my first one). I've narrowed down the sources where these people recieved my mailing info from:

-Matthew Lesko's Automated website
(http://booksbylesko.com/)
-http://www.unclesamgrants.com/

Has anyone used these sites before? This would prove one (or both) of these sites are selling our addresses. If so, please reply via usacomplaints.com so we can fully classify this scam and shut it down.
