Ripoff horrid settlement attorney general bogus HELOC

Due to my disability I will be posting our story on this and other predatory lenders who criminally robbed us of the equity (and our future) we should have had in our home at a future date.
Right now I have run out of steam and have to recharge.

However, in quickly reading over some of these reports, I note that people are either accepting or recommending that they take part in the nearly $500 Million settlement Household made with the 50 states. I recommend that you DO NOT accept this money. Will those few thousand dollars stop your foreclosure, get your house back, or eliminate the monthly robbery perpetrated upon you via your mortgage payments? We were offered $251—this is a horrible joke.

If you feel satisfied, then take the money. But if like us and so many other people who have been victimized by this company you would rather see this lender really punished and demand that they be put out of business due to what appears to be criminal activity, please consider getting together across the country and making such a ruckus that the federal government will HAVE to do what they should have done in the first place.

Meanwhile, hang in there. There are many who will not stop until true justice for the people is done and consumers will in the future be forever protected from legalized thievery.
