The sales person came in and was very up front (he was brand new) even called his boss about ALL the questions that we had. Now the company is acting underhanded and will not pay for any referral fees and tacking on additional fees that both the salesperson and ourselves were unaware of. The customer service specialist that we spoke to was very rude, even in her email to us. I will NOT recommend this company to anyone else. Reporting them to Attorney General and forwarding all information to our attorney and Better Business Bureau.
