I was trying to get my home loan remodified and I had contacted dw scott, they told me that they could help me if I sent them documents and 2,500 dollars. So I prepared all of this information and sent them a check. After two months had gone by I didn't hear anything from them so I called no answer so then I called the place where they were suppose to help to get my remodification and the company said that haven't been doing loans since 2009. So I called dw scott again no answer I contacted a lawyer left dw scott another message that I contacted a lawyer dw scott called me back and said they would refund my money and that I should be refunded within 14 days this was june we are now in august and I still haven't received my refund check. I now have came down with cancer and have been out of work for a year and is on a fixed income because of the result of my cancer I am unable to work. I am unable to stand for a long period of time due to blood clots in my legs and this company dw scott that was suppose to help me remodify my home to advantage of this and have basically took everything that I had left.
