Dishonest Reporting to credit report agencies

I sent away to all 3 of the credit reporting agencies that I know about. On the first to reports I come across these items listes as follows: OSI Portfolio Services Balance Owed:$2627, Last Payment Date 02 of $291.

Then on the third one I come across 2 items from Computer Finance LLC with the same account number as the items from the other reports. Well in these Items one is dated 6 and under status it reads: Paid in Settlement/past due 180 days. Creditors Statement. "Account legally Paid in full for less than full balance."

Then the item just right below it with the same account number but dated 9 says I owe $2,627. And that the account is open and past due.

The funny thing is. I do admit I did buy a Gateway computer Back in 8-1999, but shortly after that (March), i lost my job due to medical reason, and for those same reasons I have not since, infact i was just declaired to be disabled by doctors and a judge, so this so called payment that was made wasnt from me. And if it was paid off in a settlement how can they reopen it?
