Do not do biz with this guy. He will write you a NSF check and will then duck and dodge you as you try to recoup your money from him. He owes my client $2,150 and has for about a year now. He is never in the office to take a call and you always get voicemail on his cell phone. Again... Beware of phillip berrospe & statewide hydraulics...
