Ripoff dishonest billing and advertisement for envelope stuffing job

An email ad was sent to me for an envelope stuffing job, being interested i filled a form out with a check payment on line for $45.00. Well time had passed and the check hadn't cleared and no mail has arrived or response from the company, so i printed the form and wrote a check for $45.00 and mailed it to them.

Well the second check was cashed and a package arrived with 10 blue flyers and 10 yellow flyers and a home employer sourcebook and directory, this was not what i agreed to. Four days later the online check was cashed and another package arrived with the same contents as the first. There were no envelopes to address and mail
