Unauthorize charge on my credit card

Dri*symantec myord.com made a visa credit card charge of $74.99 on my card. I contacted my bank to dispute this charge. They informed me that they would cancel my visa card, issue me a new one within 7 days. Also that they had to release the money to them. Thereafter, i will have to fill outmust a dispute form and they would credit me my money back. Who is this company? And why are they allow to continue this unethical practice? It's a scam for sure! And they must be stop soon.
