"Please look closely at this man"

This is an update to the previous post. I Erskine G. Roberson, have given Ephren Taylor many opportunities to return my money to me without any results. It has been over a year since I received any payments. All I have received is a document from his attorney in an attempt to save Ephen reputation. I now see there is another posting, on this site. Its from a gentleman who claims to also experience the same kind of default on a promissory note see below title and read the complete details also located on this site:

The following is one of many attempts that I have made to Ephren Taylor for the return of my money:

In part this is an email that I sent to Ephen Taylor Jr. (Ephren@Ephren.com) Dated, Dec. 6, Titled, Please call

You have put me in a desperate situation. I am retired and the money, which you have missed managed was set aside for my retirement. I cannot use this money, which I saved for several years to be used at this time. My marriage is falling apart, which is costly and I'm in a dire situation.

I plead to your sympathy and compassion to please give me a call, so that we can resolve this issue in an extremely expeditious manner.

After several months of non-responses, to my above request. I received the following from Ephrens attorney Robert Bovarnick of Bovarnick and associate LLC, March Titled:

Confidentiality and non-disclosure agreement between city capital corporation, ephren capital corporation and erskine g. Rxxxx

This agreement states in part:

Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure Agreement as follows:
1. Purpose. The purpose of this Agreement is for the Parties to commit to written form the understanding that each of them have with respect to their rights and obligations regarding certain confidential information of City Capital and ECC.
2. Payment. Upon full execution of this Agreement, City Capital shall pay to Rxxx the sum of Five Thousand ($5,000.00) Dollars.

Basically if I would agree not to write any disparaging remarks about Ephren Taylor, for a sum of $5000.00

Instead of giving me a call, paying the debt owed I get this agreement. What an insult. Ephren owes me well over $65,000. I would not give up any rights to absolutely tell and expose what this man has done to me, and to think that I would sign another contract with him, after he defaulted on two contracts, well all I can say is that he has lots of nerves. The following is a part of the agreement, which shows what Ephen will do to protect his name without regard for my situation. They actually drafted up this agreement stating what they wanted me to say and have me sign it

The Parties acknowledge that Rxxxxx has made or caused to be made at least on posting on the website usacomplaints.com that is disparaging to City Capital and/or ECC or its principals. Rxxxx agrees that he shall take all steps to remove such disparaging posting. To the extent such disparaging posting cannot be removed, within five (5) days of the execution of this Agreement, Rxxxx agrees to post a retraction as follows:
I have posted certain comments on complaint that are disparaging to City Capital, Ephren Capital Corporation and Ephren Taylor. I am pleased to state that I have resolved my differences with City Capital, Ephren Capital Corporation and Mr. Taylor. I have found City Capital, Ephren Capital Corporation and Mr. Taylor to be upstanding and honorable. My posting was made in anger. Now that I have had an opportunity to address the issues with City Capital, Ephren Capital Corporation and Mr. Taylor I am pleased to be able to retract everything I said.
