Scam said i owed $350 on a cash advance that i had not paid back

These guys called me at work and left a message that i would receiving a citation and if i do not pay this loan of $350 they would be contacting my employer. I called them back from work and told them i had not received any such loan and they became very rude and said well i would have to prove that in court. I called back after going home and called and said i demanded more information, they then said that i would receive my citation on thursday and to have a good day. Then i called back and in a fake voice they told me not to call back anymore... This is a ny number of 3478446817. They are accessing a database on the internet retrieving info on people applying for loans. The guy said his name was robert williams and they spoke with an accent of maybe india.
