Automatic Withdrawal from Savings Account

I visited withdraw from my checking account today and was informed that Profile Restoration had removed from my consideration making it in a debt balance. I actually donot understand why they required the total amount and last I understood when the quantity could not be gathered entirely, there would not be an effort to consider any section of it. I do want to get the quantity in my consideration, but-don't understand how to do that.
