More than one years, no settlement, account balance grow huge

I have enrolled in this company for my credit card debts, so far, one year later, nothing has been done for me, only thing is took $1300 from my bank account, they have not done anything to settle it within this one year period, only to allow it to grow, they promised they would reduce my debt for 60% plus 10% fee to them, so far nothing has done. Some my account balances increased near $1000 dollars than last year. Now some colletion letters come directly to me asking for more money, they can not stop it. They can not settle it or probably never do. This is true for me, I think a lot of peopes will get the same results like mine. How many people successfully settled thier debts, please let us know, and all the unsatisfactory peoples also should report here, let us get ride of these con people, get ride of this company for ripp off peoples money without any result. I will follow up to see what happen here, if they settled my debt, Iwill report here, if not I will continue follow up until my satisfaction.
