Client Care Services ripoff, rude, absolutely no help!

People, whatever you do... DO NOT fall for this scam!!! Unfortunately I did and now I'm up you know what creek without a paddle because I did what I was told to do and refund all the paperwork & I would "cheerfully be refunded my deposit" of $296.00. That was in September & now they pretty much told me I'm screwed.
I thought it would help my credit but it was a hard lesson learned.
Their "client care services" are a bunch of rude people that pretty much tell you you're screwed.
