T. Michael Moore Falsified Documents, Missapropriated Borrowed Funds

Mr. Michael Moore asked an investor for $300,000 to invest in a development project. Once the money was wired into his corporate account he transfered it to another account and spent it on business purposes other than that which it was intended for. He falsified the loan documents after another officer of the corporation signed for the investment/loan. The documents that were changed were sufficient to make it appear that the money was borrowed for company use.
The second signatory never saw the altred documents thus, the money was tranfered and used for personal use and not the project it was intended for. The project failed and the signatory was sued for the lost funds. Moore has at least $1.5 million in liens so will never be held accountable. Don't ever help this man.
He used the money to py for his $8,000 weekly salary, a Corvette for his slutty wife, a Condo in Steamboat Springs, and horses for his trashy daughter in Jupiter, FL.
