One west/indymac trying to foreclose, very corrrupt, lousy service and liars

IndyMac was an excellent lender till One West got around. Thats when all of the issues began. First they began an impound account for no cause since we were present with this fees & insurance. They did this to create our funds difficult so we'd proceed in standard.

We kept present so long as we're able to and lastly requested to get a Mortgage Loan Modification. They lied to us over & over stating it had been in evaluation until plus they were waiting on copies of my paystubs which is really a rest since we've verification they acquired them. They provided a lowered cost which we consistently paid Every Month. My spouse asked them Every Month once the evaluation time might finish however they they never obtained "COPIES OF MY PAYSTUBS".

Today we received a Notice Of Standard notice therefore my spouse named the financial institution plus they stated they never obtained "COPIES OF MY PAYSTUBS" OOOPs, customer support stated they discovered my pay stubs & to not fear since TODAY the Foreclosure was placed on store May 8th. Okay, than why did the criminals document it using the Courtroom on May 18th. We now have until Sept to reside in the home WE created. Don't think their lies at-all, ever, what-so ever.
