Ripoff, took $9 out of my account w/o permission for several months until account was closed

This company took $9 out of my account for several months. This was unauthorized and I questioned the bank about it, but they had no way of contacting them and therefore the $9 kept coming out of my account until I closed it. At this time I can't tell you how much was taken out, but it has been over $99.
