Buchheit Wrecked my DAC report from. Changed it from good to formidable!

Approximately 3 yrs ago my "DAC" report, which is requested by virtually every trucking company nationwide... Was trashed by the safety director of Buchheit Trucking Company in Scott City Missourri. (Formerly in Biehle Missouri). I was employed there for just a month or so and Buchheit Trucking Company reported 4 accidents to my "DAC" report. Everytime I apply for a job to drive a truck, my DAC is checked and what they reported TO IT shows up and I am denied employment! They checked my DAC before they hired me and were satisfied with it. Now... Nobody will accept me because of all the trash that has been reported to it. I never received ONE SINGLE CITATION of any type while I was employeed by them. Yet they have the audacity to suggest that I had 4 accidents while in that short period of time. The safety director's name is Ron. One of his biggest allies in all these lies told and reported ALSO has the name "Buchheit". Part of the family! I have tried over and over to find work with other companies but what they did to me keeps coming back to haunt me and keep me from working. They have absolutely no proof whatsoever of any wrongdoing on my part but still insist that I was at fault in 4 accidents in a time span of 4 weeks. I would think that if this was true I would definately have received at least ONE OR TWO traffic citations. But I didn't!!! Trucking companies are at liberty to report anything they want to to any driver's DAC report and it will stay there for 10 years unless a rebuttal is sent to "DAC". Even then this doesn't fix the problem. DAC then reports the rebuttal to the company that reported the incidents on file with them. If the company refuses to admit that it acted irresponsibly... DAC will leave all the incidents reported to it on the driver's DAC report and his ability to work and earn a living will continue to suffer at the hands of unscrupulous Trucking companies, their owners, Safety Personell and possibly even dispatchers. No driver has complete control of what is reported to DAC and if the company that reported it has a big enough bone to chew, it will see to it that all incidents continue to stay on that particular DAC report. Making that driver's life a pure HELL. Thank you so very much buchheit trucking company! For all the lies you have told and making my life a nightmare!!!
