Mr. Cruz, jr. Previously had a business named primary capital administration, inc. (crd#24605) which was expelled from nasd account and in addition were barred from asociation with any nasd associate in any capability, based on the nasd ntm disciplinary actions of september.

In 2004 i'd assets in cardinal capital to get a benefit of $150,000.00, i was not informed this company had problems using their certification, they approached me for trading our profit a business named ccnet given that they were likely to merch with sky capital of california. It was not the case, they sent me a buch of worthless stock in organizations like lawamerica, biggs, inc. And others that never produced a cent.

Be carefull when you cope with this person, research your options and investigation cautiously, i'd not trust him with my lunchtime.
