Another web link that promises free trial and assures that the credit card number is needed to proceed but will not be used for billing. Next month 29.95 shows up on the bank account ledger of electronic charges. Upon calling the 800 number available under contact us and FAQ's the customer service representative informed me that they would only be able to credit the current month once the account was closed. It took strong and persistent refusal to accept that explanation in order to get a supervisor on the phone to receive the previous months billing credited back.
