Called me and said I was aproved for a visa i bought it and they ripped me off Im now out $299.00 Im going into surgery and im broke riviera Beach

I recieved a call from united benefits saying i was aproved for a visa card with a limit of $00. They would debit $299.00 from my checking. I bought it, thinking, christmas! Though, i knew i couldnt afford it, i thought it would be good down the road.

A month later, i recieved a folder with a bunch of junk and a $1000.00 gift certificate to buy stuff online. Theres no such page! Now im out 299.00 im going into surgery, xmas is coming, ill be out of work for at least 8 weeks, and im broke!!! I want my money back! How do i get it back??
