Overcharging the public phone

I'm Doctor Jigar Chauhan, I visited USA in-may, from India. On birth to may on 4th may, i created a telephone call to some buddy barely to get a minute or two; and notice about the phonebooth was declaring that it'd charg $ 1 each minute. And today in my own charge card record I've been billed around $ 9 for that telephone.
