Ifp treat customers like dirt!

I just got the 'pleasure' of doing business with IFP and it was one of the worst experiences, ever! The customer service representative, Alicia (who provided no badge number, no last name or initial) advised me I was asking her to 'play lets make a deal' being dishonest and I needed to 'make this easier for everyone before they have to get the courts envolved.' (paraphrased) Whether you are collecting a debt for a credit card, collecting fees owed for a burger or collecting the offering, being nice goes a LONGGGGG way! She was one of the nastiest (acting) people I've ever came into contact with in my life. Her manager, who was asked to get on the phone advised he'd listened to the call and said NOTHING about her attitude, her tone or her lack of respect. I believe this behavior is acceptable with this company and it's a shame! So, i did some research on this company and they are not BBB Accredited and they have received a 'C' when graded, have received a total of TWENTY SEVEN complaints w/in the last 36 months. BE ready to be talked to like a dog, is all I'll say!
